Seguridad de la Tenencia de la Tierra en América Latina: una agenda pospandemia de derechos de la tierra

El objetivo de este documento de discusión es esbozar una agenda para mejorar la seguridad de los derechos a la tierra y la vivienda en apoyo de la reactivación económica inclusiva y sostenible de América Latina y el Caribe (LAC) después de la pandemia de COVID-19.

Se busca vincular esta agenda con el desarrollo de indicadores de seguridad de la tenencia de la tierra, aprovechando los datos de referencia sobre la percepción de la seguridad recopilados por Prindex en 2019, inmediatamente antes del impacto de la pandemia en la región.

El informe dirige su atención a tres temas principales, cada uno de ellos es tratado en una sección independiente:

  1. La seguridad de la tenencia de la tierra y la reactivación económica sostenible;
  2. El desarrollo social; y,
  3. Los desafíos emergentes de la región.
